VIDEO: Man filmed starting a fire

Man filmed starting a fire in Greenwich. He walks casually up to to the pump and drops the existing fuel left in the nozzle onto the forecourt. He then tries to light it, having some difficulty, but eventually the vapor/oxygen mix is right and the fire ignites.
